Committee to propose upgrading 4 Tosa schools; referendum unlikely in 2026

The Secondary Schools Ad Hoc Committee, after spending the past nine months studying several possible options for the city's middle and high schools, intends to recommend keeping all four schools open by investing in deferred maintenance and upgrades to each site.
