A committee of mostly parents has been tasked with studying Tosa's school buildings and reviewing seven proposed options for reconfiguring Tosa's facilities that would be expensive, disruptive or both.
The change, announced Aug. 18 in an email to parents, is "intended to help students establish healthy boundaries with technology use and promote positive sleep habits."
The team is now facing uncertainty about its field, its equipment, its practice schedule and even its first games after the recent floodwaters through Tosa Village covered Hart Park and its stadium.
