Tosa, West Allis take first steps toward launching joint fire department

The new board of Milwaukee Metro Fire Rescue gathered in an even meeting March 11 to discuss numerous preliminary organizational matters, such as selecting officers, setting a meeting schedule and preparing documentation to formalize the joint department's structure and governance.
